Mrs Elisabeth Rabakonandrianina, PhD (Madagascar)
Mr Claudio Sillero, PhD (United Kingdom/Argentina)
Mrs Astrid Vargas, PhD (Spain/USA)
Out of these ten nominees, the international Selection Committee has selected three winners for the Award and proposed these to the Board of the Future for Nature Foundation for formal approval. The Future for Nature Award winners have received their prize on March 14, 2008.
